For general maintenance services provided by Pacific Guardian Center engineering/maintenance staff, please enter your requests in IMPAK. This is an online tenant service request, administration and messaging system. Building standard services include, but not limited to: replacing light bulbs, hot or cold conditions, lock replacements, re-keys and duplicate keys, access FOBs, and minor plumbing. You may enter your service request 24/7 and the building staff will respond in a timely manner. Some services may be billable depending on the work required and the material(s) used. For work that can be performed by building engineering/maintenance staff, building management will ask the tenant's authorized representative to approve the estimated billable charges prior to scheduling work.

The Pacific Guardian Center Occupant Life Safety Training Presentation is an online emergency training program supplemental to the annual Fire & Life Safety program/drill provided by the building. The presentation includes life safety information customized for the property and integrates digital images, 3D graphics, voice narration, and text. It is approximately 40 minutes and you may pause, rewind and forward as needed. The program also contains a built-in management tool for monitoring company compliance, developing reports, applying notifications, addressing physically impaired help requests, among other tools. Feel free to share this training presentation with your new employees at any time and/or as a refresher for your Fire Warden Team.
