As part of the ongoing Honolulu rail project, HART will be constructing the Kuloloia (Downtown) transit station at the makai end of our property near Nimitz Highway. A portion of PGC’s courtyard has been taken by the City & County of Honolulu via the *eminent domain process to construct this section of the project and provide access to/from the station. HART will be building on 3,734 sf of the plaza courtyard directly adjacent to Nimitz Highway for the transit station. Additionally, HART will temporarily use approximately 2,975 sf of the courtyard for construction purposes. PGC will continue its efforts to ensure that safety and security are maintained throughout the property and will share rail activity updates with tenants as HART provides them. We will work with HART to minimize rail construction impacts on PGC's tenants and visitors.
