Window Wall Improvement Project
Pacific Guardian Center has initiated a building-wide Window Wall Improvement Project to enhance the performance, longevity, and waterproofing of the building's window wall systems.
Project work includes:
- Exterior window wall coating
- Sealant replacement
- Glass re-centering
- Safety film installation
Contractors will begin work in the Mauka Tower before proceeding to the Makai Tower. Building management will continue providing updates throughout the project.
