Pacific Guardian Center’s regular business hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays.
The Pacific Guardian Center loading dock is located on the Alakea Street side of the building, between Ala Moana Blvd and Queen Street. All deliveries and moving requests must be scheduled at least 72 hours prior to the date of delivery/move by submitting a Tenant Request Form to Building Management. Moving of large furniture pieces and bulky items must be scheduled after business hours. The Tenant Request Form must specify any need for freight elevator access.
All vendors making deliveries to PGC tenants through the loading dock entrance shall go through a temperature screening and sign-in with PGC Security before access to the building is allowed.
The mail room is located on the ground floor of the Makai Tower. Upon move-in, each company is given a mail key to their mailbox.
