Pacific Guardian Center’s Property Management Office is located at Suite 1270 in the Makai Tower. The office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except for holidays.

The Management Team can be reached directly at (808) 537-6132, by Fax at (808) 533-2047 or by e-mail at PGCAdmin@avisonyoung.com. Should you call the Property Management Office after hours, weekends or on a holiday, your call will automatically be transferred to the security officer on duty, who will respond accordingly to your questions and requests.
