Maintenance Requests

For general maintenance services provided by Pacific Guardian Center’s engineering/maintenance staff, please enter your requests in IMPAK, our online tenant service request, administration, and messaging system. Building standard services include, but not limited to replacing light bulbs, hot or cold conditions, lock replacements, re-keys and duplicate keys, access FOBs, and minor plumbing. You may enter your service request 24/7 and the building staff will respond in a timely manner. Some services may be billable depending on the work required and the material(s) used. For billable work that can be performed by building engineering/maintenance staff, building management will ask the tenant's authorized representative to approve the estimated billable charges prior to scheduling work.

Tenant service requests shall be attended to upon submission of a work order through IMPAK by an authorized individual.

Janitorial Service

Janitorial services are provided Sunday through Thursday, except building holidays.

For any additional janitorial services outside the regular scheduled services and for any additional janitorial services that are not included with your lease please use the IMPAK website to submit a request through IMPAK. http://www.impaksolutions.com/madisonmarquettehawaii.
